Preconditions
Power on reset control is available and readiness events can be delayed for selected services.
Procedure
Boot system while delaying readiness from selected services. Release readiness conditions in controlled order and monitor runtime state transitions.
Expected Result
Runtime enters Run only after mandatory readiness gates are satisfied. Premature run entry does not occur.
