Preconditions
-------------

Config manager initialized with baseline values and field range constraints.

Procedure
---------

1) Submit valid update payload. 2) Submit invalid payload with out of range fields. 3) Verify context and result type after each call.

Expected Result
---------------

Valid configuration updates are applied and invalid updates are rejected with explicit result signaling
