Preconditions

Timer initialized with timestamp capture and stable clock source.

Procedure
---------

1) Run timer for 1000 ticks. 2) Measure period and jitter. 3) Verify dispatch trigger position relative to ticks.

Expected Result
---------------

Measured period and jitter remain within local timing assumptions and tick to dispatch ordering is preserved.
