Procedure
---------

1) Dispatch nominal cycle. 2) Inject warning condition and dispatch. 3) Inject fault condition and dispatch. 4) Inject clear and reset sequence.

Expected Result
---------------

State progression follows ao_diagnostics_state and emitted fault or status outputs correspond to each lifecycle stage.
