Preconditions
-------------

Monitoring initialized with calibrated channels and active scheduler tick.

Procedure
---------

1) Trigger periodic monitoring dispatch. 2) Feed nominal sensor values. 3) Execute sampling and validation path. 4) Capture published snapshot payload.

Expected Result
---------------

Snapshot is published once per cycle and validity flags align with sampled value bounds
