Preconditions
-------------

Timestamp instrumentation is active at request intake and response publish points in modbus service pipeline.

Procedure
---------

Execute read and write service transactions under nominal and burst load while measuring end-to-end response latency for relations tied to TB-004.

Expected Result
---------------

All measured service responses satisfy TB-004 response timing limits and no outlier breaches are observed.
