Preconditions
-------------

Runtime supervisor timer and dispatcher are initialized and target active objects are registered and running.

Procedure
---------

Run scheduler cycles and trace dispatch events from timer tick to dispatcher and then to monitoring control safety diagnostics and modbus objects.

Expected Result
---------------

All registered active objects are dispatched in expected order every cycle with no skipped dispatch and no starvation.
