Preconditions
-------------

Communication server is connected and operational signals are available from monitoring control and diagnostics.

Procedure
---------

Perform repeated reads of operational registers while internal states change. Correlate returned values with current published state over several cycles.

Expected Result
---------------

Operational reads remain consistent with internal state and refresh within expected service timing limits.
