Validate sensor sampling validation and snapshot correctness under valid and invalid inputs.

Preconditions
-------------

Monitoring scheduler is active and test bench can inject controlled sensor values for all sampled channels.

Procedure
---------

Run nominal sampling cycles then inject out of range and invalid values and capture each published snapshot with validity fields for comparison.

Expected Result
---------------

Snapshots are published at expected cadence with correct field population. Invalid inputs are flagged and propagated with deterministic validity behavior.
