Preconditions
-------------

Diagnostics and status indication paths are active and can publish operating state changes.

Procedure
---------

Inject warning trigger conditions hold them for multiple dispatch cycles then clear triggers and observe status transitions through diagnostics and indication outputs.

Expected Result
---------------

Warning state enters on trigger persists while active and returns to normal only after clear conditions are satisfied.
