Procedure --------- Drive temperature down in small decrements through the hysteresis band and below the OFF threshold. Record command outputs for each control cycle and check for oscillation near boundaries. Expected Result --------------- Fan remains stable while inside hysteresis band and transitions OFF only when OFF threshold criteria are met. No ON OFF chatter is observed.
